A Contemporary Guide To A Successful Marriage Copyright 1959

Last week I shot the cast photos for Daisys Madhouse's production of A Contemporary Guide to Marriage Copyright 1959.  This was a hilarious comedy that poked fun at the expectations of married life back in the 1950s.  The shoot itself was pretty challenging since Daisys Madhouse is a relatively young theater company and they had only five stage lights.  Adding to this, one of the lights was burning very amber.  So I had to work to filter that down.  Watching the show in person you didn't notice it much but it really showed up in the pictures when one side of an actor's face was completely yellow.  Under the circumstance I'm pretty pleased with how the pictures turned out.  That's good since this cast deserves the best pictures I could create for them.
